Training and Placement Cell is dedicated towards developing right attitudes, soft skills and constantly motivates our students to have strong technical as well as analytical capabilities to make them industry ready professionals. We nurture the student-corporate interaction, by the means of industrial visits, workshops, practical and effective training and projects of industrial relevance for the students, with the intention to ideal interface between industry requirements and student aspiration, With the efforts of faculty members, the T&P cell have been consistently striving to provide best quality placements to the students. The Cell is always exploring different areas for Placement to give students maximum number of opportunities.

I express my sincere gratitude to all the corporate industry as well as professionals that have extended their active co-operation to the T & P Cell in accomplishing its Endeavour successfully.

Objectives:

1. Create awareness among students regarding available career options and help them in identifying their career objectives.
2. Training activities for soft skills, interview techniques, personality development.

3 Interaction and MOUs with industries for Industrial visits, In-plant training and placement needs.

4. Approach industries for internship, training and placement needs.

 Facility:

1. Expert/Guest Lectures from Industry for career guidance and exposure to the latest technology used by industry.
2. Industrial visits to give exposure to faculty and students.
3. Institute organizes various Training activities for soft skills, interview techniques, personality development etc.
4. Institute developed number of MOUs with industries for Industrial visits, In-plant training and placement needs.

Pre -Placement Activities

Placement- either through campus selection or otherwise- is one of the most important aspects of any student’s life. Whereas it is a continuous endeavor of the Training & Placement Cell to arrange campus recruitment drives of established companies.

This Institute organized various Soft skills and Employability training programs. The students are trained by Professional Trainers to enhance their life skills which would help them significantly to increase their chances of succeeding in a job interview. The sessions are great exposure Final Year students and improve their employability skills.

 In academic year 2020-21 year we have arranged one month online Soft skill training program with Gokhale advance training Institute, (GATI) Jalgaon, Maharashtra. In academic year 2022-23 five-day full-time Employability training program is arranged for our students of all branches in collaboration with AIF DELL foundation.
